But it doesn't stop there. Our church family is committed to this mission and each of us own it personally. If this describes you too, Sugar Creek might be a great place to use the gifts God has given you! #### Passionate We are passionate about helping people meet and follow Jesus. #### Focused We work hard to "plant and water", and trust God for the results. #### Collaborative We get the best out of each other and have fun in the process   ### a church of the nations We asked God to bring the nations to Sugar Creek and let our church reflect our diverse community. He answered our prayer and we pray He continues to do it event more!     ## Our Values The way we carry out our ministry is expressed by a set of six core values. These values guide our planning and decision making on a daily basis. They help us separate great choices from good choices. - #### Truth Matters The Bible is God’s inspired, inerrant and infallible Word. It is truth for all people. - #### Total Dependence Apart from God we can do nothing, so we rely on His guidance and provision. - #### High Expectation God is worthy of our best and deserves our greatest commitment. - #### Eternal Impact We seek to make a forever difference in people’s lives. - #### Mutual Respect All people matter to God, so we treat one another with love and respect. - #### Generational Relevance Every generation matters to God, so we communicate the unchanging message of Christ to an ever changing world. ## Open Positions Below is a list of the open positions we are working to fill right now.
